ELECTRICAL & FUSES
2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Passenger-Side Interior Fuses
The right instrument-panel fuse block is accessed at the passenger-side edge of the dashboard.
Confirm the engine, trim, drivetrain, market and installed equipment before using a part number, capacity or repair procedure.

The owner chart lists applicable positions, not every empty cavity. Confirm equipment, fuse type and amp rating on your actual truck.
Locating the right-side block
Open the passenger door and remove the access cover at the passenger-side end of the dash. The searchable chart below covers radio, USB, blower, seat, lighting, body-control, window and retained-accessory circuits. Optional equipment may leave some positions unused.
Finding an electrical problem
Confirm the exact protected circuit and whether it should be powered with ignition on, ignition off or an accessory command active. If a replacement fuse fails immediately, stop; the fault is likely downstream rather than in the fuse itself.
- Match all cavity labels to the factory legend.
- Switch the relevant load off before pulling a fuse.
- Check the equipment list before assuming a position should be populated.
Tracing repeated blown fuses
Disconnect the affected accessory only if the correct procedure permits it, then isolate the circuit in stages. Chafed harnesses near movable seats or trim can cause intermittent shorts. If the fuse opens under load, stop replacing it repeatedly; the underlying fault requires repair.
Radio, USB, blower and right-side controls
The right-dash owner chart lists radio at 18, USB/obstacle detection at 27, front HVAC blower at 43, right door window motor at 42, and passenger seat at 47. Verify whether the circuit shares a module or accessory feed. A blown fuse may be a symptom of a short rather than the root cause.
When the fuse is good but the accessory stays dead
Check the correct ignition state, connectors, switch or module commands and ground path. For an inoperative blower, test the circuit and control module rather than replacing the motor solely from the symptom. If multiple unrelated features are dead, a shared feed, low battery or body module problem may be responsible.
Use the correct model-year manual and current service information. Stop if instructions or safety precautions are unclear, and use a qualified technician for work you cannot verify.
